Stock & Delivery Terms

 All items found within www.processuk.net are kept as stock items, (we do not drop ship) however due to constantly changing stock levels we cannot guarantee that your items will be in stock at the time of purchase,

 If an item is out of stock you will be contacted with the nearest available delivery date, if our re-stocking time is not suitable for your needs you will be issued with a refund for the out of stock items,

  For urgent orders requiring next day delivery, a quick phone call to check our stock levels may be advisable before ordering online

Returns and refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

 You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.

 Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
