Cinestill BWXX - 35mm x 36exp Film
CineStill BwXX 35mm Film is a classic panchromatic black and white negative film derived from the renowned Kodak Double-X motion-picture emulsion.
With a base sensitivity of ISO 250 in daylight (5500K) and ISO 200 under tungsten lighting (3200K), This film is designed for both outdoor and studio photography. It produces rich blacks, broad tonal range, high sharpness and a fine grain structure, giving photographs a distinctive cinematic appearance.
CineStill BwXX is suitable for standard black and white processing and is recommended for use with CineStill D96 B&W Motion Picture Developer or Df96 Developer & Fix Monobath. It is also compatible with other conventional black and white developers including D-76 and HC-110.
The film has a variable exposure range, with CineStill providing development times for EI 200–800 and stating that it can be rated up to EI 1600 with appropriate push-processing compensation.
