A range of daylight (5400k) lamps from 30w to 135w are available depending on the amount of light required (the 105w lamp is equivalent to a 500w tungsten source). The main advantage of these lights is the low energy long life lamps (up to 6000 hours) and the low running temperature of the units particularly useful when photographing heat sensitive subjects such as people or food. A wide range of light modifiers are available to fit the basic head including softboxes, reflectors, snoots and barndoors, enabling the photographer to create a wide range of lighting effects. This kit includes the head and a 60x80cm softbox to produce a soft diffused light.
