Ilford SFX 200 is an ISO 200 black and white film with extended red sensitivity, designed for creative photography and infrared-style effects.  When used with a deep red filter, this film can produce dramatic effects including very dark skies and bright foliage, creating an infrared-like appearance without requiring the specialised handling associated with traditional infrared film.

It also has full panchromatic sensitivity and can be used without filtration for conventional black and white photography. Yellow, orange and red filters can be used to produce different tonal effects, giving photographers considerable scope for experimentation.
