Ilford HP5 Plus 4x5" is a versatile ISO 400 black and white sheet film with traditional grain, medium contrast and wide exposure latitude. It is designed for photographers who need a flexible large-format film that performs reliably across a wide range of lighting conditions.  This film is particularly well suited to documentary, portrait, landscape, architectural, action and general-purpose large-format photography. 

The film's wide exposure latitude provides flexibility when exposure conditions are less predictable, while its medium contrast provides good control when printing or scanning negatives.

HP5 PLUS responds well to push processing and can be rated up to EI 3200/36° with appropriate extended development.
